"Thank you for introducing the Crossover Symmetry System to our organization. Your simple exercises for the scapula and shoulder region have been implemented in all our treatment and rehab protocols. The regular and advanced exercises for the Rotator Cuff and Scapula Stabilizers are very detailed on the charts you have provided, and all the exercises can be done in a very timely manner. I would recommend the Crossover Symmetry [System] to anyone who deals with upper extremity injuries or who just wants a very sound strengthening tool that can be done at home or at work."

"This is our first year using Crossover Symmetry and the results have been quite impressive. Our kids seem to bounce back better than before and they have maintained their velocity throughout the game and season. I think the program is beneficial because of its portability and the flexibility of the way it can be used. For instance, we use Crossover after a throwing session, whether it be a bullpen or a game. I felt that it was a great way to cool down and it was a way of starting the rehab process as soon as the young man finished work. On top of that you can do it at home or on the road, so what you get is a first-rate tool."

"We started using the Crossover Symmetry System just prior to the start of the 2008 season. Our pitching staff immediately started seeing the benefits of Crossover. The system was used daily prior to throwing. We also utilized the plyometric aspects of the system several times weekly as part of our arm care program. Crossover Symmetry is very user friendly with the videos and charts. It is also portable, which allows our players to utilize the system when we travel. I believe Crossover provides a great warm-up and strengthening tool for all of the important scapular stabilizers and rotator cuff muscles. With the compressed schedule implemented for the 2008 season, I am glad we had Crossover Symmetry because we were able to minimize our time lost due to injury and general fatigue and soreness. By the end of the season, many of our position players were using the system on a daily basis. I would recommend Crossover Symmetry to any baseball player or overhead athlete at any level."

"This is our second season using the Crossover Symmetry system at Ole Miss. There is no doubt it has been a beneficial addition to our program. Incorporating this system into our daily routine has allowed our pitching staff to maintain velocity throughout the season, and recover quickly from outings. I believe it was instrumental in helping our pitchers stay out of the "dead arm" period that some players go through. Crossover Symmetry is a first-rate tool that I would recommend to any baseball player or coach."

"We have been using the Crossover Symmetry System at the University of Washington for the past three seasons and have been very impressed with the results that we have seen. One of the things that pops out at you is that we have not had a single arm injury since incorporating the Crossover Symmetry System. Competing in a highly competitive conference like the Pac-10 we cannot afford to have any of our pitchers injured or not performing up to their potential. Our pitchers love the advanced plyometric program and are able to maintain their velocity (most improve their velocity) throughout the course of the season. Equally as important, there is a significant improvement in our pitchers recovery time when doing the crossover workout after their outings. I would recommend the Crossover Symmetry System to anyone who wants to reduce the risk of injury and keep their pitchers throwing at their optimum throughout the season."

"We feel that the addition of the Crossover Symmetry System has elevated our program to a new level. Our pitching staff along with our position players has made the Crossover Symmetry band station a part of their daily routine whether we are at home or on the road. I highly recommend the Crossover Symmetry to any program at any level."

"The Crossover Symmetry System strengthens all of the key muscle groups in the shoulder and upper back that are essential in the throwing motion. In five minutes, my players are getting the best shoulder workout that they have ever had. The system is portable, efficient, & the workout chart serves as a great visual aid to ensure our players are performing the exercises correctly. Another thing that sets the Crossover Symmetry System apart from traditional exercises is their advanced plyometric program that strengthens the fast twitch muscle fibers. Strengthening the fast twitch muscle fibers makes sense, because these are what we use when throwing at high velocities. Crossover Symmetry is the gold standard of rotator cuff systems and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to take their game to the next level."

"With this being our first year of using the Crossover Symmetry program we have been able to maximize our pitching staff. During our season we have been able to go through the season without one player being put on the disabled list. Crossover Symmetry will be a part of our daily routine every year that I am the pitching coach at Marshall University."

"I have found Crossover Symmetry to be the most complete and comprehensive rotator cuff and scapular strengthening system available. We have made the program an integral part of our rehabilitation programs at the Steadman Hawkins Clinic - Denver and feel that it is making a postitive impact on our outcomes. Patient feedback is outstanding and due to ease of application, compliance with home exercise programs is improved.
As team physician for the Colorado Rockies I have received equally good feedback from the athletes and trainers. The system is used effectively with injury prevention as well as rehabilitation. I recommend the Crossover Symmetry System as the gold standard rotator cuff program for any rehabilitation clinic or team."

"I've worked with hundreds of ballplayers over the past few months since getting my hands on the Crossover Symmetry and the results are astounding! My ballplayers all feel stronger and have more zip on their throws. The pitchers are lasting longer in their starts and recovering more quickly to get ready for their next start. I've had parents and coaches call me begging to know what kind of "magic" I am working on their ballplayers! The Crossover Symmetry is a tool that every ballplayer needs to have in their training arsenal... Period!"

"The makers of the Crossover Symmetry System have designed the most comprehensive shoulder strengthening program that I have ever used. Crossover Symmetry's durability is second to none and it offers a practical and very safe application for both home and clinical use. I treat a broad spectrum of shoulder patients and with the variable resistance Crossover Symmetry cords it easily transitions from the low level functioning patients to the elite conditioned shoulder. Simply, it works! I use it for my own shoulder conditioning and prevention. Try it yourself!"

"The Crossover Symmetry machine [CS 1200] is one of the most innovative and
useful machines that I have seen to build shoulder and scapular strength. As
a former major league pitcher, who unfortunately had two shoulder surgeries,
I understand the need for a program and device that specifically targets and
isolates the shoulder, while repairing and building muscle strength. I wish
this program had been available to me years ago."

"The Crossover Symmetry system allowed me to speed my recovery process in two ways. First, at my therapy sessions it added both strength
and flexibility to my program. Second, I find the adaptation to home and road to be of utmost benefit. The Crossover Symmetry system targets
all of the major shoulder muscles in ways better than machines at the gym. I would highly recommend it for all people rehabing or not. It is great for
golfers like myself and other sports where the shoulder is an integral part of the motion. I honestly believe it was the major factor in my speed recovery.
It is my gym to-go. I never leave home without it."
